Refund Policy 退款政策
If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason, they may substitute, by arrangement with the registrar, someone else of co-authors or from the same institute/organization. Written requests for cancellations must be sent to the Conference Secretary via e-mail icpies-conf@outlook.com.
In case of cancellation, partial cancellation or modification the following fees apply:No Show
In the case of a no-show, the author is obligated to pay the full amount of the value (inclusive of VAT), amounting to 100% of the total cost, under all circumstances.
Personal ReasonThe organizer reserves the right to neither issue refunds nor provide any form of compensation in instances where an individual is unable to attend the conference due to circumstances classified as "personal reasons," which may encompass travel difficulties, visa complications, health concerns, financial constraints, or any other personal obstacles.
Force MajeureThe organizer shall not be held liable for, nor offer refunds or compensation in cases where the execution of the conference is hindered or impacted by circumstances constituting "force majeure." These encompass unforeseeable and unavoidable events, despite all reasonable precautions, such as fire, floods, explosions, storms or other weather-related damages, burglaries, vandalism, riots or civil unrest, labor strikes, natural or nuclear disasters, severe weather conditions, war or the threat of war, actual or impending terrorist activities, epidemics, and any other comparable situations that are beyond our control.
DATE AND PLACE STATEMENT
The organizer reserves the right to modify the date and location of the conference in the event of circumstances that constitute "force majeure." It is incumbent upon all conference participants to comply with the organizer's revised schedule and adhere to the refund policy as outlined in such instances.
